To stop sugar craving there's a lot of things you can do.
The problem with sugar cravings, is that if you crave sugar it really is the last thing in the world you should be eating. Then you are feeding your craving!
Take chromium and eat more fiber like brown rice, bran flakes, oatmeal its not much fun - but rough cut oatmeal cooked with blueberries, apples, coconut, vanilla (and no sugar) is very good).
The more fibre you mix with sugar, the more the effects of sugar are lessened. Drink a lot of water every time you get a sugar craving, wait five minutes and see if you still have it. If you do, eat something with simple sugar like a piece of fruit.
